With over a decade of experience as an organizational development professional, Robin transformed her skills into a passion for breathing new life into historic New Orleans neighborhoods, including her beloved Gentilly Terrace & Gardens. As an HR Director, Robin has revolutionized the HR function with a strategic vision, creating an inspiring work environment and boosting overall performance. Robin’s mission is to create homes and spaces that are not only affordable and beautiful but also preserve the unique charm and design of iconic New Orleans neighborhoods like Historic Holy Cross, Mid-City, and Gentilly Terrace & Gardens.
Louis Williams, Sr. - PMP, Senior Project Manager
Jeff is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and civil engineer with over 20 years of experience coordinating construction, project management and civil engineering for small and large-scale capital projects in the City of New Orleans. Jeff worked for the United States Army Corps of Engineers, where he led work on The Hurricane Storm Damage Risk Reduction System as a Project Manager, and received the Department of The Army Superior Civilian Service Award for leading his team in executing over $2 billion dollars of work.
